1. Return Time
  • Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery.
  • Once the delivery is accepted and the delivery agent leaves, no return or exchange will be possible.
2. Conditions for Return

A return is only accepted if:

  • The wrong item has been delivered.
  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The quantity or item does not match your order.

Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person before accepting it.

3. Return Charges
  • If you choose to return a product, you must pay only the courier/delivery charge.
  • Once the item is returned, the order will be considered canceled.
4. After Delivery

After the delivery is completed and the order is accepted, no claims, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
